In cases where account closure is initiated by cu777 without a Terms violation by the member, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the member's registered payment method within 5 business days. Any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method within 3 business days of closure confirmation. Voluntary closure does not affect your right to reopen an account at a later date unless you are under a self-exclusion agreement.
